MEXICO WILDLANDS

WILDCOAST’s Mexico Wildlands Program protects large, intact coastal landscapes that support biodiversity, water resources, and community livelihoods. By establishing protected areas, strengthening land-use planning, and working alongside local and Indigenous communities, we conserve critical habitats and wildlife corridors across Mexico.

SEA TURTLES

WILDCOAST’s Sea Turtle Program protects endangered sea turtles by safeguarding nesting beaches, monitoring and relocating nests, and releasing hatchlings in partnership with local and Indigenous communities. Through science-based conservation, education, and enforcement support, we address threats from poaching, coastal development, and climate change to help sea turtles recover.

US COASTAL WETLANDS

WILDCOAST’s U.S. Coastal Wetlands Program protects and restores wetlands that provide critical habitat for wildlife, reduce flooding, and improve water quality. We work with local, state, and federal partners to conserve tidal wetlands through restoration projects, policy advocacy, and community engagement that strengthen climate resilience along the coast.
